Weight Loss Journal 7


Day 9 September 7, 2010

And another day down. This second week has been a bit more challenging. Is seems like it's become a bit more of a struggle to work out now. Maybe because I'm always sore... lol smh! Well whatever it is, I've made a commitment to myself and I'm getting it done. After the workouts are done I feel totally relieved. Above is my breakfast for the day. An egg, cheese, red and green pepper,and onion omelet, a nectarine and a glass of orange juice. I may be having a time with getting up to workout but this new eating plan is definitely on POINT! lol Keep me prayed up yall! Comment and follow me on twitter! Xoxoxo
